Coliving & coworking
Coworking & Coliving are the rising lifestyle trends. More and more people in the work force are location independent when it comes to doing their job. Some trends even indicate that half of the American work force will be hired per project rather than full time by 2025.
So coworking spaces are spurring all around the world accommodating these new needs that freelancers have. Among the freelancers and location independent workers there is a particular niche group of people called – Digital Nomads.
Digital nomads are individuals that leverage technology in order to work remotely and live an independent and nomadic lifestyle. Mokrin House is a place designed to provide a home for these new nomads for a certain time period. They come from all over the world and spend various lengths of time in our modern estate that is set in the rural surrounding.
