Things in the world are super confusing at the moment, there is a lot of uncertainty but also it feels like some aspects of “normal” life have started to come back. For one, travel is more accessible than it was this time last year and thus we have decided to open up Mokrin House for digital nomads again, and we couldn’t be more happy about that!
This is why we feel that May is an ideal time to see you guys back in Mokrin. If you are looking for a place to really focus on your work, meet like minded people from all walks of life and get a glimpse of living that modern life in the countryside our doors will be open from 16.05. to 22.05.

Accommodation
To see what our accommodation looks like, check out our Gallery or our Stay here tab. For our digital nomad week, we recommend you stay in our Standard rooms, which are for one or two people. Comfortable double bedrooms with amazing mattresses will allow you to rest well after a productive day. Each room has a private bathroom giving you complete privacy whenever you decide to retreat yourself.

The coworking space
Our coworking space is open 24/7 and the internet is 100/100mbps. Our workspace is a quiet zone allowing you to fully immerse yourselves in your work, while there are plenty of spaces on the estate in which you can do your calls.
The food
We try to source the majority of our food locally and you will have 3 meals per day served to your needs. If you have allergies or food preferences, let us know and our chef will make sure that you are taken care of. Our dishes are a mix of local cuisine and ingredients with a global twist.
Events
During your stay, our community managers will show you around the village and the neighboring town and host a bunch of small optional events on the estate, such as wine tastings, board game nights, pool tournaments, movie nights, etc…
Travel
Mokrin is in the vicinity of 3 major airports, so getting to Mokrin is easier than you would assume. If you need assistance with your travel or would like an airport pick up, get in touch with our team and we will sort it out for you.
COVID 19 – entry to Serbia and local measures.
Currently there are no COVID measures in place in Serbia and the number of cases are low (below 1k per day). When it comes to entry to Serbia, make sure to check the website of the Serbian government to see in which bracket you fall into, but in the majority of cases a proof of vaccination is enough to get you into the country. If in any case you would like to get vaccinated in Serbia, make sure to ask our team about the possibility and we will look into it (Serbia vaccinates foreign citizens under certain circumstances and digital nomads fall into this bracket).
Rural coliving Experience
If this is your first time coming to Mokrin or first time going to a countryside to work remotely, we understand that it can be challenging to make this decision. That’s why we advise you to check out the reviews of our guests after visiting Mokrin or check out our youtube channel where we interviewed people who stayed here over the years.
Price
The price for full 7 days includes – accommodation, food (3 meals per day), access to coworking space 24/7, local city tax, access to all our facilities (pool, gym, bikes, sports equipment, ect). The only additional costs you will have is additional drinks and travel to and from Mokrin.
