Mokrin House is a coworking and coliving space located in the north of Serbia, an avant-garde project with its futuristic design situated in the middle of the village. The working space is open 24/7 and it is fully isolated from the accommodation part of the estate.

Work and life balance is the key to a happy life, which is why our after-hours activities are plentiful.
Our workshops range from professional skill learning workshops and presentations to cooking classes and ceramics course. Do you have a skill or experience you want to share with others? Let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange for you to hold a workshop and find a way to thank you accordingly.
At the estate we have more than half a dozen bikes, at your disposal. Whether that is a ride to the village to buy an ice cream, or it’s just an afternoon ride to clear your mind, the bikes are yours.
During the summer it tends to get hot in Mokrin, so we have an open Bio Swimming pool. The Bio part means that the pool is not chemically treated, but rather cleaned organically. So summer afternoons are usually spent next to the pool with a glass of homemade elderflower juice.
At least once a week we have a movie night. Projector, speakers, large selection of movies, lazy bags and popcorn. Sounds good?
Mokrin House is located in the homonymously named village. Mokrin was founded as one of the stations of the Orient Express, used to resupply the steam engine of the famous train with water. Even though this Austro-Hungarian village is safely tucked in the quiet of the Pannonian plain it is better connected than it is to be expected. 3 major airports are only 2 hours or less away from Mokrin House – Budapest, Belgrade and Timisoara. Airport transfer will be organized for all of you who wish to come through these 3 airports.

Traveling and moving can sometimes be stressful, and we understand that.
